Our Team & Committee

Our Team

All of our team undertake training in order to keep up to date with changes made within the educational system.  This covers areas including early years development, first aid and child protection training.

From time to time we may have students on placement, who will always be supervised by a fully trained member of staff.  Parents are informed of this as and when it happens.

All members of Staff, placements and Committee Members are DBS checked.

Each child has a nominated “Key Worker” who follows their development progress closely, and ensures their Learning Journals are kept up to date.

Amber Pre-School Committee
The Pre-School is managed by a Committee of parents, and we are always happy to welcome new members. We ask all parents to contribute in some way, whether it is as a member of the committee, or at fundraising events so that we can continue to provide excellent facilities for the children.

The Committee and Pre-School staff ensure there are relevant policies and procedures in place, which can be found here.  If parents wish to discuss specific policies they should contact the Pre-School Manager.
